If a Board member asks for someone\u2019s start date or exit interview, it\u2019s there in the system \u2013 accurate and accessible<\/em>\u201d.\u00a0One of the standout benefits has been simplifying\u00a0holiday management. The integration of holiday requests with the rota system ensures no critical details are overlooked. Staff also appreciate the convenience of the app, which allows easy access to payslips and benefits.\u00a0<em>\u201cIt\u2019s a relief not having to manage holidays on paper like I did 15 years ago.
