Be Prepared<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u200d<\/strong>Use the time before the review to reflect on what the employee has done well and where they could improve. Then, try to come up with specific examples of good and poor behavior (that can be used during the review).<strong>\u200d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Put Employee at Ease<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Host the performance review in an area where the employee feels comfortable and at ease. This is typically a quiet and private room.
