This means all standard-form contracts (contracts of adhesion), job postings, and written employee communications must be available in French.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-paragraph-2-m-font-size\">Federally regulated employers must now implement a written <strong>Right to Disconnect<\/strong> policy. This requires a 90-day consultation period with employees before the policy is finalized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-paragraph-2-m-font-size\">Go beyond the basics.
