CreativeCubes.Co has experienced rapid growth, especially as they鈥檝e added new locations to their portfolio of workspaces. 鈥淔or each space we open,鈥 says Shardae. 鈥淲e add more team members to the company, so we鈥檙e essentially growing quite rapidly. We were at a stage where we were at 15 employees and Google Sheets wasn鈥檛 doing it anymore for us.鈥澛
From daily management to employee onboarding and payroll, Shardae was losing a lot of time. 鈥淲e had our contracts that our lawyers put together, but my experience in management took a lot of my time. We had an outsourced system that didn鈥檛 really cut it. As we grew we needed something to be centralised – we needed to be more sophisticated.鈥
