digital asset platform that uses Ethereum&#8217;s blockchain technology to let users create, manage and sell digital files with all the benefits of provable ownership, immutability and traceability.\n\nSince its inception in 2018, it has secured more than USD 14 million in Series A funding \u2013 this capital investment enabled the team to put their all towards their mission, to make decentralised digital asset management accessible to everyone. In 2021, Mintable launched its B2B arm, <a href=\"https:\/\/mintology.app\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mintology<\/a>, creating a public API that integrates NFTs into digital ecosystems for business use.\n\nWith so much going on, Mintable was evolving fast. The team knew it was time to improve company processes to support its growth. That\u2019s where 91爆料 came in. We spoke with Malvin Rosales, the HR Manager at Mintable, about the team\u2019s experience with 91爆料 and how it has supported them thus far.\n<h2>The challenge<\/h2>\nAs a digital business in a fast-paced industry, Mintable needed an intuitive HR and payroll system that would help it keep up with all the new developments. The team also needed an all-in-one system to minimise any friction in their people management processes.\n\nBefore 91爆料, Mintable previously engaged a third party service to manage their HR and payroll. While all of its processes were hosted on a single platform, the team didn\u2019t have direct control over the processes and found it difficult and restrictive to work with.\n\nThey wanted a comprehensive software solution that would keep their processes consolidated onto one platform, but also give them the full control and autonomy needed to manage these processes well. They were also looking for a leave system that could do accrued leave instead of allocating leave entitlements as a lump sum.\n<h2>Solutions<\/h2>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Streamlined payroll processes<\/h3>\nPreviously, when Mintable employees submitted expense claims, Malvin would not be able to view anything on their system until the 22nd of each month. If an employee made a mistake in their expense submission, Malvin wouldn\u2019t be able to view it and get it rectified \u2013 she could only check all expense submissions at the end of the month and inform her employees after. If her team members couldn\u2019t resubmit the expense in time, Malvin wouldn\u2019t be able to include the claim in that month\u2019s payroll.\n\nWith Mintable\u2019s small team, Malvin was ready to run payroll manually herself if it meant that she could come off their previous system.
