Or is it?\n\nAs the restrictions ease, for many of us, feelings of social anxiety arise.\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/adaa.org\/understanding-anxiety\/social-anxiety-disorder\">Social anxiety<\/a> is the feeling of intense anxiety or fear of being judged, negatively evaluated, or rejected in a social or performance situation. This may occur when faced with events such as going out for dinner with your friends, meeting new people at a party or event, or going to the supermarket to buy groceries.\n\nAccording to BeyondBlue,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.beyondblue.org.au\/media\/statistics\"> one-quarter of Australians will experience an anxiety condition in their lifetime<\/a>.
