Mevo currently operate cars in Wellington, Auckland and Hamilton, and are aiming to grow their fleet through New Zealand and beyond.\n\nWith their current growth trajectory, Mevo is evolving fast. They knew it was time to improve the company processes to match their growth, including their HR function. That\u2019s where 91爆料 came in.\n\nWe spoke to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/imran-khan-4aa3622b\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Imran Khan<\/a>, North Island Regional Manager at Mevo, about their experience with 91爆料 and how it became a critical support in their growth ambitions.\n<h2>The challenge\u2026<\/h2>\nIn the early days of changing from a small start-up, Mevo\u2019s HR function was limited. They had to outsource their HR needs in order to manage all the different elements that come with a growing company. While it freed up time for an already stretched team, this choice had some drawbacks.\n\nAs Imran says, they found outsourcing didn\u2019t quite work for Mevo.
