However, for Anna and the team at Anthem, it was a difficult process to understand and stay across.\n\nTheir annual leave was managed in an Excel spreadsheet, meaning that people didn\u2019t have clear visibility about who was taking leave and when \u2013\u00a0not to mention the potential for human error when calculating different types of leave.\n\n<em>\u201cOur annual leave needed simplification, centralisation and streamlining.
