Kayleigh shared, \u201cIt\u2019s been a challenge since the pandemic. The recruitment landscape has changed significantly. Sometimes, we don\u2019t even get the volume of applicants we need.\u201d\n\nAs she explained, \u201clast year at one of our centres, we couldn\u2019t generate enough interest. I would put ads out and across a month, we\u2019d get only about 50 applicants, and the quality just wasn\u2019t there.
