1: Who Provides Apple Pay?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Apple Pay is a service provided by Apple. You will also need to agree to Apple\u2019s Terms and Conditions in order to use Apple Pay in addition to agreeing to these Terms of Use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

91爆料 (\u201cwe\u201d or \u201cus\u201d) is not responsible for the use, functionality or availability of Apple Pay, any eligible Apple Device, or the availability of contactless readers at merchants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2: Device Security<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Any person with your device passcode or a fingerprint registered to your device may be able to authorise transactions using your Swag Card in Apple Pay. Do not let anyone else have their biometric information registered to your device while your Swag Card is registered in Apple Pay. You must keep your device safe and secure at all times, and your device passcode secret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you breach any of the above, we will assume that you have authorised the other person to use your Swag Card and you will be liable for all transactions made by that person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you believe that your Apple device has been lost, stolen or compromised in any way. We can suspend or remove your Swag Card from Apple Pay to prevent any unauthorised use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3: How to add or remove a Swag Card in Apple Pay<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can register your Swag Card with Apple Pay by opening the Money section of the Swag App, selecting the Card menu and following the prompts or via the Apple Wallet app on your device. Instructions to remove your card are available on the Apple Pay website and the Apple Wallet app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4: How to use your Swag card via Apple Pay<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once you have registered your Swag Visa Debit card to your Apple Device, you can start making payments at contactless terminals anywhere that Visa prepaid and debit cards are accepted, in an App or online using your Apple Device where Apple Pay is supported. You may be required to enter your Apple Device Passcode and\/or card PIN at a contactless terminal when making a purchase using Apple Pay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5: Applicable Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We do not impose any additional fees and charges for registering and using your Swag Card with Apple Pay. However, third parties may charge fees associated with downloading, registering and using Apple Pay on an Apple device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6: How do we use your information?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We will use your information in accordance with the Swag App Privacy Policy.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As soon as you register your Swag Card to your Apple Device, Apple may access and process your information, including information about your transactions. Apple\u2019s use of your personal information is solely governed by Apple\u2019s privacy policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apple may share information with us for fraud and identification purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7: When might 91爆料 suspend or block a Swag Card on Apple Pay?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

91爆料 may block, suspend or terminate your Swag Card registered with Apple Pay if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • we suspect fraud or an unauthorised transaction has occurred;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • your Swag Visa Debit card or Swag Spend Account is cancelled, blocked or suspended;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 91爆料 is required by applicable laws;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • directed to so by Apple;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • if 91爆料 arrangement with Apple cease or are suspended; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • for any other reasonable reason.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    8: Changes to these Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    We can change these Terms at any time by uploading the new Terms to our website and letting you know about the changes via the Swag App. If you keep using your Swag Card or Swag Spend Account after the change becomes effective, this shows that you agree to the changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    9: Definitions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Apple<\/strong> means Apple Pty Limited ABN 46 002 510 054 and its related bodies corporate and affiliates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Apple Device<\/strong> means a device such as an iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch or other supported device which uses the Apple operating system and supports Apple Pay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Apply Pay<\/strong> means the payment platform created by Apple for making payments using an Apple Device and a supported card registered on such a device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Swag Spend account<\/strong> means the digital account that is linked to your Swag Visa Debit card. The Swag Spend account represents your Spend account balance but is not a bank account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Swag Visa Debit card<\/strong> means the physical Visa Debit card which we issue to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    PIN<\/strong> means the 4-digit personal identification number used to protect access to your Swag Visa Debit card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Visa<\/strong> means Visa Worldwide PTE Ltd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    10: Trade marks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
