You acknowledge that in performing the Implementation Services, we may process Personal Data, including Special Category or Sensitive Personal Data provided for implementation purposes, using AI-assisted tooling and third-party subprocessors as identified in our Subprocessor List<\/a>, and by providing such data for implementation, you consent to that processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In-scope services<\/td>The services that are \u2018in-scope\u2019 for our Managed Delivery tier of HR Implementation services includes the following:

\u2022 communication with you during the project lifecycle;

\u2022 validation call;

\u2022 requirements gathering;

\u2022 employee data transformation;

\u2022 supporting the creation of up to 3 contracts;

\u2022 supporting the set up of policies;

\u2022  supporting the set up of HR onboarding and offboarding checklists; and

\u2022 supporting the set-up of HR teams<\/td><\/tr>
Out-of-scope services<\/td>Services that are out-of-scope include:

\u2022 Changing platform subscription plan;

\u2022 The creation of greater than 3 contracts, HR documents (Contract Templates, HR Documents, etc);

\u2022 setting up HR certification settings;

\u2022 setting up HR custom security settings;

\u2022 setting up HR Learning Management System (LMS);

\u2022 setting up the HR Recruitment module (hiring stages, connecting to Seek, etc.);

\u2022 setting up HR Performance, 1:1 Meeting & 360 Review templates;

\u2022 setting up HR workflows;

creating Rosters\/Roster Templates;

\u2022 re-configuration of the platforms post-Stage 3;
\u2022 uploading historical data; and

\u2022 anything else that is not listed under \u2018In-scope services\u2019.<\/td><\/tr>
Additional Fees<\/td>\u2022 Services required beyond the Max Term as a result of your business changes, conduct or fault are charged at AUD $280+GST per hour (or the local equivalent or at some other rate agreed upon between you and us).

\u2022 Any out of scope Services that are required or requested will be charged at AUD $280+GST per hour (or the local equivalent or at some other rate agreed upon between you and us). We reserve the right to determine whether these services can be provided.<\/td><\/tr>
Your obligations<\/td>You must:

\u2022 be actively engaged during the entire implementation process to achieve \u2018go-live\u2019 within the Max Term;

\u2022 be competent with computers and windows technology;

\u2022 provide the employee data in a timely manner when requested for implementation purposes;

\u2022 advise your 91爆料 product specialist if you have multiple entities and more than 1 payroll account, as you may need multiple EH accounts; and

\u2022 respond to requests from us within 24-48 hours.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

In-scope services<\/td>The services that are \u2018in-scope\u2019 for our Managed Delivery tier of Payroll Implementation services includes the following:

\u2022 communication with you during the project lifecycle;

\u2022 discovery and kick-off calls;

\u2022 requirements gathering;

\u2022 employee data transformation;

\u2022 setting up Payroll Pay Schedules, Locations, Leave & Pay Items;

\u2022 setting up Payroll Awards;

\u2022 internal system testing;

\u2022 supported customer payroll testing;

\u2022 live Pay Run assistance; and

\u2022 pre-recorded training videos.<\/td><\/tr>
Out-of-scope services<\/td>Services that are out-of-scope include:

\u2022 changing platform subscription plan;

\u2022 creating Rosters\/Roster templates;

\u2022 conducting payroll integrations;

\u2022 setting up payroll T&A kiosks;

\u2022 re-configuration of the platforms post-Stage 3;

\u2022 completion of Payroll pre-Go Live activities on behalf of the customer; 

\u2022 uploading historical data; and

\u2022 anything else that is not listed under \u2018In-scope services\u2019.<\/td><\/tr>
