You acknowledge that in performing the Implementation Services, we may process Personal Data, including Special Category or Sensitive Personal Data provided for implementation purposes, using AI-assisted tooling and third-party subprocessors as identified in our Subprocessor List<\/a>, and by providing such data for implementation, you consent to that processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Managed Implementation Services \u2013 Asia Pacific<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    Scope of Services<\/strong><\/th>Details<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
    Max Term<\/td>\u2022 3 months from signing the Customer Services Agreement, subject to receiving complete data and scoping documents.

    \u2022 The typical timeframe for an HR implementation project is 6 weeks from when we receive a complete set of the requirements data and scoping documents in order to configure the platform.<\/td><\/tr>
    In-scope services<\/td>Managed HR implementation Services includes the configuration of the platform including employee data. This includes:

    \u2022 project management of the implementations process;

    \u2022 set-up of the 91爆料 Platform; and 

    \u2022 set-up of the HR company and employee data.

    The standard price assumes launch and activation to your employees at one time. We do not offer a phased rollout.<\/td><\/tr>
    Out-of-scope services<\/td>\u2022 The creation of greater than 3 contracts, policies, reviews, LMS, recruitment or other content.

    \u2022 Uploading existing documents (contacts, certifications) to employee files. This responsibility sits with you.

    \u2022 Training managers and staff on how to use the system.

    \u2022 Anything else that is not listed under \u2018In-scope services\u2019.<\/td><\/tr>
    Additional Fees<\/td>\u2022 If the project goes beyond the Max Term, you may incur an Additional Fees. We hold absolute discretion as to whether any Additional Fees are chargeable.

    \u2022 These services required beyond the Max Term as a result of your business changes, conduct or fault are charged at $280 per hour, capped at $1000 per month for 4 hours. 

    \u2022 Any \u2018Out-of-scope services\u2019 that are required or requested will be charged at $280 per hour. We reserve the right to determine whether these services can be provided. 

    \u2022 We reserve the sole discretion to apply additional fees for services that are not \u2018In-scope services\u2019.<\/td><\/tr>
    Your obligations <\/td>\u2022 You must be actively engaged during the entire implementation process to achieve \u2018go-live\u2019 within the Max Term. \u2018Go-live\u2019 means you have signed off on your project, have taken off setup mode and launched to your employees. 70% of employees should have accessed the platform for the project to count as completed.

    \u2022 One 91爆料 account can connect to only 1 payroll account. If you have multiple entities and more than 1 payroll account, you may need multiple 91爆料 accounts. Please speak to your product specialist about how best to set this up for your organisation

    \u2022 You must:

    \u25e6 be competent with computers and windows technology;

    \u25e6 provide the employee data in the format of our CSV upload template (Required Format<\/strong>);

    \u25e6 advise your 91爆料 product specialist if you have multiple entities and more than 1 payroll account, as you may need multiple EH accounts; 

    \u25e6 provide scoping documentation and all employee data within 1-5 business days of signing the Customer Services Agreement; and 

    \u25e6 respond to requests from us within 24-48 hours.

    Max Term<\/td>5 months from signing the Customer Services Agreement, subject to receiving complete data and scoping documents.<\/td><\/tr>
    In-scope services<\/td>Managed HR
    The \u2018In-scope services\u2019 include:

    \u2022 Configuration of the platform, like:

    \u25e6 creating pay categories, leave categories, allowance types, deduction types and cost centres

    \u25e6 setting up business settings such as ABA or BECS  file(s), payroll schedules, employing entities, ATO or IRD settings

    \u25e6 setting up employee data, including personal details, bank accounts, super or KiwiSaver funds, tax scales, etc.

    \u25e6 setting up employee masterfile and standard pay records.

    \u2022 Processing scenario testing to confirm system configuration

    \u2022 Technical assistance in one parallel pay run

    \u2022 Technical assistance in first live payrun<\/td><\/tr>
    Out-of-scope services<\/td>\u2022 Advice on Payroll legislation and Award interpretation.

    \u2022 An individual review of your system.

    \u2022 All customer obligations or assumptions.

    \u2022 Setting up pay condition rules.

    \u2022 Any additional services or out of scope services required may incur an additional hourly fee. EH reserves the right to determine which out of scope services can be provided.

    \u2022 Anything not included in the Implementation Services in scope section.<\/td><\/tr>

    Your obligations <\/td>\u2022 Payrun testing \u2013 this includes but is not limited to running parallel payrun to ensure that the results meet your needs and expectations within the limitation of the software

    \u2022 Creation of Chart of Accounts \/ Opening Balancing

    \u2022 Enabling electronic lodgement and STP

    \u2022 If Time & Attendance is applicable then it is your obligation to set up the Clock Me In system if this option is to be undertaken.

    \u2022 If Rostering is applicable, then you will need to set it up yourself following a webinar provided by us.

    \u2022 Integrations with third-party applications (e.g. NoahFace, Skedulo) is your responsibility.

    \u2022 Training managers and staff on how to use the system is your responsibility.

    \u2022 For a launch to be successful, you need to be actively engaged during the entire implementation.

    \u2022 One 91爆料 account can connect to only 1 payroll account. If you have multiple entities and more than 1 payroll account, you may need multiple 91爆料 accounts. Please speak to your product specialist about how best to set this up for your organisation.

    Scope of Services<\/strong><\/th><\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
    Max Term<\/td>10 weeks<\/td><\/tr>
    In-scope services<\/td>Managed Experience Implementation Services includes the configuration of the HR and\/or Payroll platform. The \u2018in-scope services\u2019 identified below that apply to you are based on if your subscription includes only HR or payroll, or both. The \u2018In-scope services\u2019 includes:

    \u2022 overseeing the implementation of the 91爆料 HR and\/or Payroll Platform by dedicated Implementation Consultant;

    \u2022 HR platform configuration: Employee data, security groups, onboarding\/offboarding checklists, three custom contracts, policies, paperless templates and one-to-many training for system admins; and\/or

    \u2022 Payroll platform configuration: Pay categories, leave categories, allowances, deductions, cost centers, business settings, employee setup (personal details, banking, system payrun testing and one parallel pay run (this is led by you).<\/td><\/tr>
    Out-of-scope services<\/td>\u2022 Connection to third-party APIs.

    \u2022 Any upload of historical documents\/data.

    \u2022 Training of managers\/staff.

    \u2022 Payroll legislation advice and system reviews.

    \u2022 Any other service that is not listed under \u2018In-scope services\u2019.

    Note: Any unlisted or additional services may incur fees with our approval.<\/td><\/tr>
    Additional Fees<\/td>\u2022 If implementation is required beyond the Max Term as a result of your business changes, conduct or fault, then an additional fee may be charged for the provision of services for a further 3 months, at a rate of \u00a3500 GBP per hour.

    \u2022 At your request, we may provide services to you that are beyond the scope set out in section 1.1 above. You may be charged additional fees for these services on an hourly basis for the time taken to provide you with the services, at a rate of \u00a3125 GBP per hour.

    \u2022 We reserve the sole discretion to apply additional fees for services that are not \u2018In-scope services\u2019. <\/td><\/tr>
    Your obligations <\/td>\u2022 You must be actively engaged during the entire implementation process to achieve \u2018go-live\u2019 within the Max Term. \u2018Go-live\u2019 means you have taken off setup mode with 70% of employees invited and active on the platform and completed a parallel pay run.

    \u2022 One 91爆料 account can connect to only 1 payroll account. If you have multiple entities and more than 1 payroll account, you may need multiple 91爆料 accounts. Please speak to our team about how best to set this up for your organisation.

    \u2022 You must:

    \u25e6 be competent with computers and windows technology;

    \u25e6 provide the employee data in the format of our CSV upload template (Required Format<\/strong>);

    \u25e6 advise your 91爆料 product specialist if you have multiple entities and more than 1 payroll account, as you may need multiple EH accounts; 

    \u25e6 provide scoping documentation and all employee data within 1-5 business days of signing the Customer Services Agreement; and 

    \u25e6 respond to requests from us within 24-48 hours.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    Max Term<\/td>Combined HR & Payroll: 45 days
    HR Only: 30 days<\/td><\/tr>
    Implementation fees<\/td>Implementation Fee: $1,500

    Implementation Services will commence only after you pay the full invoice for it.

    If implementation is completed prior to the end of the Max Term stated above, the full amount of the Implementation Fee will be credited back to your account and applied against future monthly software subscription fees.<\/td><\/tr>
    In-scope services<\/td>The services that are \u2018in-scope\u2019 for this service include:

    \u2022 an assigned 1:1 implementation representative for the duration of the Max Term;

    \u2022 communication throughout implementation via our ticketing software;

    \u2022 supporting employee data transformation;

    \u2022 supporting the setup of HR onboarding, offboarding, and security;

    \u2022 supporting the setup of Time Off, Time Tracking, Performance Management, Recruiting, and Payroll (if applicable) through 1:1 training calls with your implementation representative;

    \u2022 access to our Help Centre with in-depth how-to articles;

    \u2022 access to our Academy; and

    \u2022 supporting go-live day to create excitement for HR and Payroll (if applicable).<\/td><\/tr>
    Out-of-scope services<\/td>Services that are out-of-scope include:

    \u2022 changing platform subscription plan;

    \u2022 uploading historical data, inclusive of employee documents, performance reviews, etc

    \u2022 drafting or uploading HR documents (offer letters, HR policies, etc.)

    \u2022 setting up Time Off, Time Tracking, Performance, Recruitment or Payroll module;

    \u2022 setting up HR workflows (compensation request changes, title changes, task management, etc);

    \u2022 re-configuration of the platform post-implementation
    Setting up Payroll;

    \u2022 submission of Payroll on your behalf at go-live; and

    \u2022 anything else that is not listed under \u2018In-scope services\u2019
    Payroll legislation advice.

    Note: Any templates or guides demonstrated during training are strictly for example and not to replace a company’s templates or guides.<\/td><\/tr>
    Additional Fees<\/td>Additional fees apply if:

    \u2022 Additional 1:1 training calls outside of the Max Term or after go-live carried out by request are charged at CAD $250 + sales tax

    \u2022 Services such as Payroll extensions or NSF (if applicable)
    – First occurrence: $100
    – Second occurrence: $200
    – Third occurrence: $300<\/td><\/tr>
    Your obligations <\/td>You must:

    \u2022 prepare and import your employee data using our templates and step-by-step guides;

    \u2022 come prepared and actively participate in 1:1 training sessions and stay engaged throughout implementation to ensure a smooth go-live within the maximum timeline;

    \u2022 keep your implementation specialist informed of any potential blockers that could delay your go-live date; and

    \u2022 respond to our requests within 24\u201348 hours to keep the process on track.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
