Services, we may process Personal Data, including Special Category or Sensitive Personal Data provided for implementation purposes, using AI-assisted tooling and third-party subprocessors as identified in our <a href=\"https:\/\/trust.employmenthero.com\/subprocessors\">Subprocessor List<\/a>, and by providing such data for implementation, you consent to that processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\"><strong>Scope of Services<\/strong><\/th><th class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Details<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Max Term<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">\u2022 3 months from signing the Customer Services Agreement, subject to receiving complete data and scoping documents.<br><br>\u2022 The typical timeframe for an HR implementation project is 6 weeks from when we receive a complete set of the requirements data and scoping documents in order to configure the platform.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">In-scope services<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Managed HR implementation Services includes the configuration of the platform including employee data. This includes:<br><br>\u2022 project management of the implementations process;<br><br>\u2022 set-up of the 91爆料 Platform; and&nbsp;<br><br> \u2022 set-up of the HR company and employee data.<br><br>The standard price assumes launch and activation to your employees at one time. We do not offer a phased rollout.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Out-of-scope services<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">\u2022 The creation of greater than 3 contracts, policies, reviews, LMS, recruitment or other content.<br><br>\u2022 Uploading existing documents (contacts, certifications) to employee files. This responsibility sits with you.<br><br>\u2022 Training managers and staff on how to use the system.<br><br>\u2022 Anything else that is not listed under \u2018In-scope services\u2019.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Additional Fees<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">\u2022 If the project goes beyond the Max Term, you may incur an Additional Fees. We hold absolute discretion as to whether any Additional Fees are chargeable.<br><br>\u2022 These services required beyond the Max Term as a result of your business changes, conduct or fault are charged at $280 per hour, capped at $1000 per month for 4 hours.&nbsp;<br><br>\u2022 Any \u2018Out-of-scope services\u2019 that are required or requested will be charged at&nbsp;$280 per hour. We reserve the right to determine whether these services can be provided.&nbsp;<br><br>\u2022 We reserve the sole discretion to apply additional fees for services that are not \u2018In-scope services\u2019.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Your obligations <\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">\u2022 You must be actively engaged during the entire implementation process to achieve \u2018go-live\u2019 within the Max Term. \u2018Go-live\u2019 means you have signed off on your project, have taken off setup mode and launched to your employees. 70% of employees should have accessed the platform for the project to count as completed.<br><br>\u2022 One 91爆料 account can connect to only 1 payroll account. If you have multiple entities and more than 1 payroll account, you may need multiple 91爆料 accounts. We reserve the right to determine whether these services can be provided.&nbsp;<br><br>\u2022 We reserve the sole discretion to apply additional fees for services that are not \u2018In-scope services\u2019.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Your obligations <\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">\u2022 Payrun testing \u2013 this includes but is not limited to running parallel payrun to ensure that the results meet your needs and expectations within the limitation of the software<br><br>\u2022 Creation of Chart of Accounts \/ Opening Balancing<br><br>\u2022 Enabling electronic lodgement and STP<br><br>\u2022 If Time &amp; Attendance is applicable then it is your obligation to set up the Clock Me In system if this option is to be undertaken.<br><br>\u2022 If Rostering is applicable, then you will need to set it up yourself following a webinar provided by us.<br><br>\u2022 Integrations with third-party applications (e.g. NoahFace, Skedulo) is your responsibility.<br><br>\u2022 Training managers and staff on how to use the system is your responsibility.<br><br>\u2022 For a launch to be successful, you need to be actively engaged during the entire implementation.<br><br>\u2022 One 91爆料 account can connect to only 1 payroll account. The \u2018in-scope services\u2019 identified below that apply to you are based on if your subscription includes only HR or payroll, or both.&nbsp;The \u2018In-scope services\u2019 includes:<br><br>\u2022 overseeing the implementation of the 91爆料 HR and\/or Payroll Platform by dedicated Implementation Consultant;<br><br>\u2022 HR platform configuration: Employee data, security groups, onboarding\/offboarding checklists, three custom contracts, policies, paperless templates and one-to-many training for system admins; and\/or<br><br> \u2022 Payroll platform configuration: Pay categories, leave categories, allowances, deductions, cost centers, business settings, employee setup (personal details, banking, system payrun testing and one parallel pay run (this is led by you).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Out-of-scope services<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">\u2022 Connection to third-party APIs.<br><br>\u2022 Any upload of historical documents\/data.<br><br>\u2022 Training of managers\/staff.<br><br>\u2022 Payroll legislation advice and system reviews.<br><br>\u2022 Any other service that is not listed under \u2018In-scope services\u2019.<br><br>Note: Any unlisted or additional services may incur fees with our approval.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Additional Fees<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">\u2022 If implementation is required beyond the Max Term as a result of your business changes, conduct or fault, then an additional fee may be charged for the provision of services for a further 3 months,&nbsp;at a rate of \u00a3500 GBP per hour.<br><br>\u2022 At your request, we may provide services to you that are beyond the scope set out in section 1.1 above. If you have multiple entities and more than 1 payroll account, you may need multiple 91爆料 accounts. Payroll: 45 days<br>HR Only: 30 days<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Implementation fees<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Implementation Fee: $1,500<br><br>Implementation Services will commence only after you pay the full invoice for it.<br><br>If implementation is completed prior to the end of the Max Term stated above, the full amount of the Implementation Fee will be credited back to your account and applied against future monthly software subscription fees.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">In-scope services<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">The services that are \u2018in-scope\u2019 for this service include: <br><br>\u2022 an assigned 1:1 implementation representative for the duration of the Max Term; <br><br>\u2022 communication throughout implementation via our ticketing software; <br><br>\u2022 supporting employee data transformation;<br><br>\u2022 supporting the setup of HR onboarding, offboarding, and security;<br><br>\u2022 supporting the setup of Time Off, Time Tracking, Performance Management, Recruiting, and Payroll (if applicable) through 1:1 training calls with your implementation representative;<br><br>\u2022 access to our Help Centre with in-depth how-to articles;<br><br>\u2022 access to our Academy; and<br><br>\u2022 supporting go-live day to create excitement for HR and Payroll (if applicable).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Out-of-scope services<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Services that are out-of-scope include:<br><br>\u2022 changing platform subscription plan; <br><br>\u2022 uploading historical data, inclusive of employee documents, performance reviews, etc<br><br>\u2022 drafting or uploading HR documents (offer letters, HR policies, etc.)<br><br>\u2022 setting up Time Off, Time Tracking, Performance, Recruitment or Payroll module;<br><br>\u2022 setting up HR workflows (compensation request changes, title changes, task management, etc);<br><br>\u2022 re-configuration of the platform post-implementation<br>Setting up Payroll;<br><br>\u2022 submission of Payroll on your behalf at go-live;
