91爆料 will not configure settings, data, or rules within the platform on your behalf.<br><br><strong>Dedicated Consultant or Project Manager&nbsp;<\/strong><br><br><strong>Inhouse platform training sessions<\/strong><br><br>\u2022 <strong>Data extraction and cleaning <\/strong>&#8211; The Customer is responsible for the extraction of data from legacy systems and the &#8216;cleaning&#8217; of such data prior to import. 91爆料 is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect data.<br><br>* <strong>Advice on legislation or award interpretation<\/strong> &#8211; We <strong>do not<\/strong> provide legal advice, tax advice, or interpretation of legislation\/awards. For assistance with these queries, please contact the HR Advisory team (available only if included in your subscription), alternatively contact the government body related to your enquiry for advice.&nbsp; (example ATO, IRD, Fairwork Australia or Employment New Zealand)<br><br>Please note that Any service not explicitly listed as &#8220;In-Scope&#8221; is considered Out-of-Scope.<br><\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Additional Fees<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\"><strong>Additional costs may apply if:<\/strong><br><br><strong>Out-of-Scope Requests: <\/strong>Any requested configuration or additional testing beyond the one included parallel run, will be charged at AUD $280 + GST per hour. We reserve the right to determine and agree if these services can be provided.<br><br><strong>Term Extensions:<\/strong> Services required beyond the 90-day Max Term due to your business changes, conduct or fault are charged at <strong>AUD $280 + GST per hour<\/strong>.<br><br><strong>Late Changes:<\/strong> Any request by you to reschedule or delay a confirmed \u201cGo Live\u201d date must be submitted in writing. If such a request is made within <strong>five (5) business days<\/strong> of the scheduled date, you may be liable for a <strong>Late Change Fee<\/strong> of up to <strong>AUD $280.00 + GST<\/strong>.&nbsp;<br><strong>Why: <\/strong>These fees account for the necessary rework of implementation workflows, lost resource capacity, and the repetition of critical compliance checks and audits performed in anticipation of the initial live pay run<br><br>The Late Change Fee will be invoiced immediately upon the confirmation of the new Go-Live date and must be settled prior to the commencement of the first live pay run.<br><\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Your obligations <\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\"><strong>Data &amp; Setup: <\/strong>You are responsible for completing all items within the in-platform checklist and inputting all data required data for the &#8220;Go Live&#8221; transition within the Max Term.<br><br><strong>The 10-Day Gate :<\/strong> All setup requirements must be complete exactly 10 days prior to your confirmed<br>live pay run date. This allows time for us to ensure you are compliant and ready for launch.<br><br><strong>Active engagement: <\/strong>You must remain consistently responsive and actively engaged throughout the implementation phase to ensure the 90-day onboarding timeline is achieved.<br><br><strong>Technical Proficiency: <\/strong>You must ensure that all staff members assigned to the setup possess a high level of <strong>digital literacy<\/strong>. This includes, but is not limited to, the ability to:<br><br>\u2022 Independently navigate SaaS (Software as a Service) environments.<br>\u2022 Manage and execute complex data exports\/imports.<br>\u2022 Validate platform configurations for accuracy and data integrity.<br><br><strong>Entity &amp;&nbsp; Account disclosure: <\/strong>You must proactively notify the Digital Onboarding Team if your organisation involves <strong>multiple entities<\/strong> or requires <strong>more than one payroll account<\/strong>.
