Set up areas in the document you can work together on such as templates where your team can fill in what they think went well and what needs improving.\n\nYou can use sticky notes physically if you\u2019re doing this from the office, or the sticky note function on <a href=\"https:\/\/miro.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Miro<\/a>.\n\nIf you\u2019re doing this remotely, you may want to consider using Miro\u2019s whiteboard space in order to capture comments in real time.\n<h3 id=\"2-encourage-your-whole-team-to-participate\">2.
