Now it\u2019s time to pack up the jandals (during the work day anyway) and get back to business. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A new year is always a great opportunity to take stock and make big improvements for the months ahead, and 2024 is no exception. If you\u2019re an HR leader, now is the perfect time to try something new in your company, whether that\u2019s steps to improve the workplace culture or new technology to streamline basic tasks. We\u2019ve got seven ideas to get you started\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-set-ambitious-goals\">1. Set ambitious goals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All <a href=\"https:\/\/employmenthero.com\/nz\/blog\/leading-companies-use-okrs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">successful companies<\/a> have ambitious goals for their future \u2013 it\u2019s part of how they drive their growth and continue to thrive.
