The National Minimum Wage and all modern award minimum wage rates increase by 3.5 per cent from 1 July 2025.
On Tuesday, 3 June 2025, the Fair Work Commission (FWC) announced a substantial increase to Australia鈥檚 minimum wages for award-free and award-covered employees. The increase of 3.5% will take effect from 1 July 2025.
