There are some AI Services that are core inclusions in our provision of the EH Platform, like AI-Powered Implementation for business customers, which is necessary for effectively onboarding you as a customer and giving you a seamless experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes has-sm-font-size\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--4);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--4)\"><table class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">AI Services<\/th><th class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Details<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">AI Insights<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">An AI-powered feature that delivers insights about employees to their managers.<br><br>Organisation admins can manage the availability of this feature in settings.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Hero AI<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">An AI-powered system that answers questions your employees may input relating to their business and employment, based on the organisation account information.<br><br>Hero AI can also provide you with answers to your questions by utilising the information in your company policies and the \u2018knowledge based articles\u2019 on our help centre.<br><br>Hero AI\u00a0 processes the data you input into the feature, and the data\u00a0from external sources or within your organisation account (like policies) needed to provide relevant outputs.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">AI Recruitment Agent<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">The AI Recruitment Agent assists businesses with early-stage candidate screening as part of the hiring process. It analyses the provided job description to generate role-relevant screening questions; users also retain the ability to manually input or edit their own custom questions.<br><br>Following the recruiter\u2019s selection of candidates, the AI Recruitment Agent facilitates the first round of interviews by reaching out to candidates and providing a link to the interview platform. The Agent reviews written, audio, and video responses to produce an evaluation of a candidate\u2019s suitability to support the recruiter\u2019s shortlisting decisions. This includes automated scoring and a summary of the candidate\u2019s strengths and weaknesses relative to the criteria and questions set by the recruiter.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">AI Wand Enhancements<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Intelligent content editing and rewriting feature that operates only on your command.<br><br>The data that is processed through this service is only the data you actively input if you voluntarily decide to use it.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">AI-Powered Implementation<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Our customers start their journey using the EH Platform through our Implementation services. These services are powered by AI to ensure efficient and effective onboarding of new customers.&nbsp;<br><br>To carry out the implementation of the EH Platform, customers need to provide us with business and employee details, including personal data of employees (like name, DOB, address, payroll data and other employment information). This information is crucial for the setup and configuration of the EH Platform to provide the contracted services to each customer. We use AI to organise the provided data into the format required for effective and efficient implementation. This process also includes verifying and validating the information to reduce errors and improve the quality of the implementation process.<br><br>This means that we implement the EH Platform for your business at a fast pace and at a lower cost to you.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">AI features in 91爆料 Jobs<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">EH Jobs is a job board in which candidates can create a profile and seek jobs. You are responsible for the data you input into these AI Services with \u2018free text\u2019 functionalities. The employer is responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from their employees for the use of this feature, and admins can manage this feature via settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--4)\">We analyse the performance of our AI Services, and user activity to improve and develop our AI Services. We do not use personal data to train any AI models or for machine learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--4)\">The personal data processed by the AI Services are stored securely on our servers, with appropriate security measures in place to protect against data breaches and unauthorised access. We take steps to ensure that our AI technology partners who support the provision of the AI Services do not store personal data.
