This Fee Schedule forms part of the HeroForce Terms and sets out the specific fees and charges applicable to your use of HeroForce Services. All amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST, VAT, or similar) unless otherwise stated. EH may update this Fee Schedule from time to time on reasonable notice to you. Your continued use of the services or the submission of payroll data after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dishonour\/Late Payment Fee\/Payroll Advance Fee (where not pre arranged)<\/p><\/td>\n

Applied per instance where a pre-authorised payment draw is unsuccessful or an EFT payment is not received by the Due Date.

Additional rate applied if EH is required to fund the TCOE using its own capital due to a Customer late payment or payment default. This represents the cost of credit and risk assumed by EH.<\/p><\/td>\n

AUD $75 per day per employee

+ 15% per annum (calculated daily) on the total amount advanced (where TCOE is funded by EH)<\/p><\/td>\n <\/tr>\n \n

FX Handling Margin<\/p><\/td>\n

Applied where EH converts funds between currencies to disburse payroll in a different currency from that in which you fund. Covers EH\u2019s cost of currency conversion and associated risk.<\/p><\/td>\n

0.5% margin above the mid-market rate at time of conversion<\/p><\/td>\n <\/tr>\n \n

Administrative Change Fees<\/p><\/td>\n

Change in billing entity, currency, retroactive adjustments, late data submission, or anything not listed above<\/p><\/td>\n

AUD $300 per request<\/p><\/td>\n <\/tr>\n \n

Offcycle payment fee<\/p><\/td>\n

Where instructed<\/p><\/td>\n

  • 100% of the monthly Management Fee (for fixed-fee structures); or<\/li>\n
  • AUD $300 + monthly Management Fee (for percentage-based structures),<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

Early Termination Fee (EOR Services only)<\/p><\/td>\n

Applies where a HeroForce Worker is terminated at the Organisation\u2019s discretion within 6 months of their start date (excludes resignations). Covers onboarding and offboarding overheads.<\/p><\/td>\n

  • AUD $600 (for percentage-based structures),<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

Conversion Fee (On Demand Services only)<\/p><\/td>\n

Applies where an Organisation directly engages an On-Demand HeroForce Worker during an active placement or within 6 months of the end of the most recent placement for that worker, without paying this fee in advance. The fee recovers EH’s investment in sourcing, screening, and onboarding the worker through the Talent Pool.<\/p><\/td>\n
