Rituals can act as the bridge between your working and non-working self. Or it might be more environmental; turning on your desk lamp or starting up your Spotify focus playlist. Turn off all of your tech at the end of the day<\/h3>\nA lack of work-life balance is a very real issue for workers around the world.
