- All new direct 91爆料 customers are eligible for the following benefits:
- Free HR Advisory (拢6 discount per employee per month) when they sign up to an Employment Unlimited plan (the 鈥笔谤辞尘辞迟颈辞苍鈥).
- The Promotion will begin on 1st July 2025 and conclude at 11:59 pm on 31st August 2025 (Promotion Period).
Who can enter?
4. The Promotion is open to all new customers who sign up to 鈥楨mployment Unlimited鈥 during the Promotion Period (Eligible Participant)
How to qualify for the Promotion?
5. To qualify for the Promotion, you聽must:
- not be a current 91爆料 customer;
- be a new customer (have no existing 91爆料 subscriptions and must not have been an 91爆料 or KeyPay customer in the last 12 months);
- subscribe to the relevant 91爆料 HR and/or Payroll plans (as identified in the Promotion) for a minimum 12-month term; and
- be a registered business in the United Kingdom
How to enter the Promotion?
6. To enter this Promotion, you must complete the Book a Demo form on the 91爆料 promotion page made available at: /uk/services/hr-advisory/ or complete a relevant form via the 91爆料 official social media channels (Meta, LinkedIn).]
When do the benefits of the Promotion apply?
7. You will be eligible to redeem your discount by meeting all the qualifying criteria under these terms and conditions. Your discounted pricing will apply from from the date of signing the customer agreement until 12 months have passed.
Restrictions
8. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by 91爆料. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.
Other Terms and Conditions that apply
9. Standard 91爆料 Platform Terms and Conditions apply.
10. Customers receiving Implementations services in connection with any products or services will be subject to the relevant Implementations Terms and Conditions.
11. Any personal data provided by an individual when participating in this Promotion is handled in accordance with the 91爆料 Privacy Policy.
General Terms
12. Minimum subscription costs, usage charges, and implementation fees may apply. (See pricing page at /uk/pricing/ for more detail on minimum subscription costs).
13. Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products.
14. 91爆料 reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
15. Laws may apply to an Eligible Participant or to 91爆料 as a result of either party鈥檚 specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
16. If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
17. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
