This documentation process was essential for compliance and for keeping their HR processes running smoothly.\n<h3>Securely storing sensitive information<\/h3>\nEnsuring the safe storage of sensitive documentation while also maintaining easy access was a challenge. Fusion FTTX Ltd needed a solution that could securely assign and store each piece of documentation to the respective employee&#8217;s profile. With a large workforce, manually monitoring each document&#8217;s validity became a cumbersome task which also left room for errors.
