Steve Goodwin, the Director of Morgans Employee Benefits, leads a dedicated team focused on Group Risk and Health Benefits. As their business expanded, Steve faced growing pains and compliance and data management issues made a robust HR solution essential.\n\nWe recently had a great conversation with Steve about how our platform has positively impacted Morgans&#8217; HR processes, enhancing both professionalism and efficiency for the business.\n<h2>Life before 91±¬ΑΟ<\/h2>\nBefore making the switch to our platform, compliance issues and employee onboarding were major pain points, with staff information scattered across multiple locations.\n\nSteve recalls the frustration: <em>\u201cFrom our perspective, we didn\u2019t have one person with a dedicated IT or HR function\u2026 as the main business spun off into smaller individual companies, that function no longer existed.\u201d<\/em>\n\nThis disjointed approach led to delays in critical business actions and created an unprofessional image that could have a negative impact on the business. Steve remembers the difficulties: \u201c<em>When we were recently reviewing some staff files, I realised that some line managers were holding their own staff folders in separate locations, so if we needed to do a staff review, we were having to search in multiple places.
