The terms and scope of services below govern the provision of the Self-Guided Implementation Services by 91±¬ΑΟ Pty Ltd, its relevant affiliate, or its trusted Partners, and apply in conjunction with the 91±¬ΑΟ Platform Terms and Conditions<\/a> and any other applicable terms or policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Implementation Services are powered by AI<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

You acknowledge that in performing the Implementation Services, we may process Personal Data, including Special Category or Sensitive Personal Data provided for implementation purposes, using AI-assisted tooling and third-party subprocessors as identified in our Subprocessor List<\/a>, and by providing such data for implementation, you consent to that processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In-scope services<\/td>\u2022 Access to a Self-Guided Onboarding Project Plan that provides a structured digital guide for implementation.

\u2022 Access to in-moment support via live chat with Customer Care team.

\u2022 Access to Help Centre for additional guides for setup.<\/td><\/tr>
Out-of-scope services<\/td>\u2022 Dedicated consultants for implementation.

\u2022 Education or advice on legislation or award interpretation.

\u2022 Individual reviews of their setup\/system.

\u2022 There is more to this effect and elaborated in our current T&Cs.<\/td><\/tr>
Additional Fees<\/td>The only additional costs apply if:

\u2022 You require a custom payroll build.

\u2022 You elect for an additional service outside of the standard Guided Onboarding service offering.<\/td><\/tr>
Your obligations <\/td>Use the digital guides to follow instructions and build the basics of their platform. Successfully launch to the business, defined as:

\u2022 HR: 70% of employees invited and active on the platform.

\u2022 Payroll: A finalised pay run, published payslips, and submission to IRD (NZ) or STP (AU).

\u2022 Combined HR & Payroll: 70% of employees invited and active on HR AND a finalised pay run, published payslips, and submission to IRD (NZ) or STP (AU).<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

In-scope services<\/td>\u2022 Invitation to our dedicated Implementation Hub to access the Core onboarding resources, this is your implementation kick off communication from the team. You will then use the Hub to guide you through the setup of the Core platform features.

\u2022 Access to our Help Centre from within the platform with detailed implementation resources to walk you through how to set up additional features and customise your platform to your preferences.

\u2022 Guided Plus journey only : A kick off call with an Implementation Consultant to discuss your guided plus journey and review the various steps and timelines.  

\u2022 Guided Plus journey only: Weekly 30 minute 1:1 call to review the system configuration and answer specific questions relating to your journey
Guided implementation workshops are available for 3 months.<\/td><\/tr>
Out-of-scope services<\/td>\u2022 Guided Implementation does not include technical or support services outside of the scope of services listed above. 

\u2022 The guided Implementation service is designed to be self-driven by you. We will provide education through our live workshops, that you will then use to configure the system to suit your business needs. 

\u2022 The services do not include dedicated Implementation Consultants. Your support interactions will be facilitated via ticket queries, however, you may at times be offered alternative forms of support at our sole discretion.

\u2022 You are responsible for the entire set-up and launch of your system, by achieving the outlined milestones within your platform.
The client is responsible for undertaking and completing system testing. (if applicable).

\u2022 We do not provide education or advice on payroll legislation.

\u2022 We do not provide an individual review of your system and requirements. <\/td><\/tr>
Additional Fees<\/td>\u2022 If implementation is required beyond the Max Term as a result of your business changes, conduct or fault, then an additional fee of \u00a3500 GBP may be charged for the provision of services for a further 3 months.

\u2022 At your request, we may provide services to you that are beyond the scope set out in the \u2018In-scope services\u2019 section above. You may be charged additional fees for these services as agreed with you or on an hourly basis (at \u00a3125 per hour) for the time taken to provide you with the services, with the relevant hourly rate based on the currency of your contract with us. 

\u2022 We reserve the sole discretion to apply additional fees for services that are not \u2018In-scope services\u2019.<\/td><\/tr>
Your obligations <\/td>\u2022 Use the digital guides to follow instructions and configure the requirements of your platform.

\u2022 Be actively engaged in our digital guides and training content during the implementation process to achieve \u2018go-live\u2019.

\u2022 Successfully launch to the business, with 70% of employees invited and active on the platform.
