Learn how to keep the human in Human Resources and payroll with AI.\n<h2 id=\"where-is-ai-in-hr-today\">Where is AI in HR today?<\/h2>\nAs we can see, artificial intelligence is becoming a familiar face in the human resources department. It&#8217;s helping streamline many tasks and processes, freeing up human resource professionals to focus on what they do best \u2013 fostering a positive work environment and building a strong team.\n\nWhen we asked <a href=\"https:\/\/employmenthero.com\/uk\/resources\/human-resources-ai-report\/\">HR leaders<\/a> how they\u2019re using AI in HR, the most common application is content creation (31%), such as job specifications, announcements, and policies, presumably through generative tools like Chat GPT. This is followed by identifying and reporting on employee data trends (30%) and automating tasks such as reminders (27%)\u200b\u200b.\n\nHas it replaced humans yet?
