Go to &#8216;Goals&#8217; in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen and click &#8216;Add goal&#8217;.\n\nName the goal or objective, choose who owns it (objective), when it&#8217;s due, identify any other goals it&#8217;s aligned with and which team it belongs to.\n<ol>\n<li>After you create the objective, select &#8216;Add Key Result&#8217;. In the pop-up, you can add the title of the key result, the owner, the due date, the metrics you&#8217;ll use to track it and any collaborators. Key results are measured either using a percentage or dollar amount, a numerical value, or a binary &#8216;Completed\/Didn&#8217;t Complete&#8217; metric. Objective owners must also articulate what the baseline and target for their objective.
