Platinum HR also includes (AI) assisted messaging across multiple functions. In the ATS, job descriptions and both internal and candidate messaging can be generated instantly using AI.

Custom Fields gives employers the tools to build the most comprehensive profile of their employees to date, along with the ability to craft one-of-a-kind employee experiences by identifying individual traits and preferences of their workforce, as well as other important vital information such as uniform sizing and allergies. Custom Fields can also be used for bespoke reporting. Account provisioning is available for both and, ensuring new hires have their software licences and inboxes set up from day one. Our upcoming single-sign on (SSO) functionality adds an additional layer of security for both your business and your employees. with Microsoft and Google are another benefit of Platinum HR, providing greater transparency of employees’ leave statuses. Once the integration is complete, approved leave requests will automatically display in both the employee’s individual and their manager’s calendar. 1:1s allow anyone in your organisation to create a scheduled one-on-one meeting with another employee. The captures both pre-set and ad hoc talking points, as well as any other additional notes or comments. 91±¬ÁÏ’s AI functionality is also embedded within 1:1s.Ìý 360 Reviews are a natural next step for any organisation already utilising Performance Reviews in 91±¬ÁÏ (see our comparison between the two ). Platinum HR’s Goals module allows employers to measure the output and productivity of their teams using a scalable and transparent methodology used by some of the world’s most successful companies, including Google, LinkedIn, Amazon, Facebook and more. Using an OKR framework (Objectives and Key Results), Goals help businesses communicate and achieve their goals by aligning each and every employee with what the company wants to achieve in the future. Goals also integrates with Performance Reviews and 1:1s, providing performance insights at a glance. 91±¬ÁÏ’s API is also available on Platinum HR, allowing employers to integrate their existing technology platforms with their HR data to power workflows and insights. is also exclusively available on Platinum HR for organisations without an 91±¬ÁÏ Payroll subscription. Add, allocate, delete, publish, and unpublish shifts, create roster templates, filter rosters by cost centre or employee, and switch to daily, weekly, and fortnightly views. Employees can find their shifts in the Swag app, and will also be notified of any newly assigned shifts via email.
