Adopting a cloud-based payroll software for time and cost savings

Automated payroll rules in place to avoid discrepancies

Following a comprehensive investigation after learning about their client’s struggle with overtime discrepancies, they proposed an effective remedy — the introduction of a ‘round-up’ feature. This feature would automatically adjust clock-in times to 8.30 am, regardless of the actual clock-in time. This solution not only satisfied the client but also alleviated their concerns, as the 91���� system now safeguarded this process with automation.

Jay shared that the implementation of the ‘round-up’ feature yielded impressive results — “payroll errors were significantly reduced, with a remarkable 90% decrease in both overpayments and underpayments.
