The RoleÌý
Reporting to the Regional Manager and leadingÌýthe Plumbing Team, you willÌýbe responsible forÌýthe successful delivery of our plumbing projects from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include:Ìý
- Leading and developing a high performing team.Ìý
- Delivering commercial plumbing projects safely, on time and on budgetÌý
- Growing of existing accounts and securing new clientsÌý
- Planning labour and resources for maximumÌýproductivityÌý
- MonitoringÌýquality, budgets, and project performanceÌý
- Working on the tools whenÌýrequiredÌýto support your teamÌý
- Mentoring apprentices and developing future tradespeople.Ìý
- Maintaining high level health andÌýsafetyÌýstandardsÌýÌý
Success in this role is measured by yourÌýteam’sÌýperformance, clientÌýsatisfactionÌýand business growth.Ìý

- An experienced and qualified plumber with a strong understanding of commercial projectsÌý
- A proven leader who can mentor, motivate and develop a team, including apprenticesÌý
- Confident and professional in dealing with clients, siteÌýmanagersÌýand suppliersÌý
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage project documentation,ÌýschedulingÌýand cost trackingÌý
- Motivated to deliver quality workmanship and superior serviceÌý
- Committed to health and safety best practiceÌý
- The holder of a fullÌýdriversÌýlicence and PGDB licenceÌý
