The RoleÌý

Reporting to the Regional Manager and leadingÌýthe Plumbing Team, you willÌýbe responsible forÌýthe successful delivery of our plumbing projects from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include:Ìý

  • Leading and developing a high performing team.Ìý
  • Delivering commercial plumbing projects safely, on time and on budgetÌý
  • Growing of existing accounts and securing new clientsÌý
  • Planning labour and resources for maximumÌýproductivityÌý
  • MonitoringÌýquality, budgets, and project performanceÌý
  • Working on the tools whenÌýrequiredÌýto support your teamÌý
  • Mentoring apprentices and developing future tradespeople.Ìý
  • Maintaining high level health andÌýsafetyÌýstandardsÌýÌý

  • An experienced and qualified plumber with a strong understanding of commercial projectsÌý

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage project documentation,ÌýschedulingÌýand cost trackingÌý
  • Motivated to deliver quality workmanship and superior serviceÌý
  • Committed to health and safety best practiceÌý
  • The holder of a fullÌýdriversÌýlicence and PGDB licenceÌý
