THE ROLE
Our mechanical fitter team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Hose Technician to join our friendly team in Dandenong VIC.
This role is to provide high-quality multi-product install, repair and maintenance service to a diverse range of customers across the South-East of Melbourne. You will get to work on all sorts of mechanical gear, for all sorts of clients in all sorts of places.
You’ll be joining a down-to-earth team where things move quickly, there’s plenty of variety and you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact across our business.
This is a full time, permanent role offering EXCELLENT hourly rates $$$ + on-call rates + loyalty bonus after 3 years of service. We also offer a relocation allowance if you are moving interstate.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Repair and replace hydraulic hoses at customer sites
- Providing technical service and troubleshooting support for customers
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
- Attend to customer queries regarding hydraulic hose related matters
- Manufacture hose assemblies as required
- Maintain van stock and equipment and ensure a professional image is maintained at all times
ABOUT YOU
- Have a strong knowledge and experience in hydraulic hose and fittings
- Hold an Australian Driver’s license
- Broad exposure to servicing and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic Industrial/Mobile equipment
- Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing excellent customer service
- Be able to complete a pre-employment medical and police check prior to starting
