Rope Access Technicians – Auckland
Off The Ledge is looking for experienced Rope Access Technicians to join our Auckland-based team delivering commercial window cleaning and building washing services across the region.

About the Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Rope access window cleaning and building washing services
• Working safely at height in commercial and industrial environments
• Delivering high-quality workmanship and professional service
• Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Working collaboratively as part of a skilled and supportive team
What We Offer
• Competitive pay rates of $30.00 – $40.00 per hour, depending on experience, certification level, and rope hours
• Permanent full-time position
• Minimum 32 hours per week guaranteed
• Monday to Friday work, with optional Saturday work available

What You’ll Need
Essential
• Current IRATA or IRAANZ Rope Access Certification
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety
• Ability to follow procedures and work effectively within a team
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
Desirable
• Previous commercial window cleaning or building washing experience on ropes
• Demonstrated rope hours (logbook advantageous)
• Current First Aid Certificate
• NZ Driver Licence or equivalent
Pre-Employment Requirements
The successful applicant will be required to complete:
• Pre-employment drug testing and ongoing random testing
• Ministry of Justice criminal history check
• Reference checks
