We have casual��Support Worker��positions available.��

Hourly rate from $25.72��to $31.25��aligned with skills and experience.��

As a Support Worker,��you’re��not just doing a job,��you’re��making a difference.��You’ll��be there to help people chase their goals, build independence, and find joy in everyday moments. That could mean cooking a meal, catching a bus, managing money, or just being there when someone needs support.��

Like all of us, the people we support��have��tough moments��in their lives. Your role is to stand with them through that, calm, respectful, and focused on what matters: their dignity and wellbeing.��We’ll��give you the training and tools to handle these situations safely and with care.��

We provide support 24/7, so the flexibility to work shifts is important.����You’ll��also��need a full NZ driver’s licence and the right to work in New Zealand.��
