He kōreromōtetūranga| The Role

You will be responsible forsupporting the Maintenance Manager withcompletingday-to-day maintenance ofa number ofour residential homes around Auckland.You will be able to complete minor repairs and general maintenancework, andwill be abletoco-ordinate other repairs with relevant tradespeople.You candemonstratethat you are able to engage professionally withthemanagement team, landlords,clientsand other staff.

What you will need to have:

Workingbackground in tradesor buildingHands-on experiencein general repairs and maintenanceStrong work ethic andattention todetailsGood communicationand problem-solving skills

Knowledgeand commitment tohealth and safetypracticesCommitmenttothe principles of Te Tiriti oWaitangi and tikanga Māori.

All applicants must have New Zealand Residency, a full and clean driver’slicence, and a clean police record.
