He kōrero��mō��te��tūranga��| The Role��

You will be responsible for��supporting the Maintenance Manager with��completing��day-to-day maintenance of��a number of��our residential homes around Auckland.��You will be able to complete minor repairs and general maintenance��work, and��will be able��to��co-ordinate other repairs with relevant tradespeople.����You can��demonstrate��that you are able to engage professionally with��the��management team, landlords,��clients��and other staff.��

What you will need to have:��

Working��background in trades��or building��Hands-on experience��in general repairs and maintenance��Strong work ethic and��attention to��details��Good communication��and problem-solving skills��

Knowledge��and commitment to��health and safety��practices��Commitment��to��the principles of Te Tiriti o��Waitangi and tikanga Māori.����

All applicants must have New Zealand Residency, a full and clean driver’s��licence, and a clean police record.����
