About the jobÌý

You will assist the Manager with the day-to-day coordination of harvest operations, ensuring the consistent delivery of high fish quality, adherence to fish welfare standards, compliance with health and safety requirements, and effective supervision and support of the team.

We deliverÌýsustainably farmed, premium-quality Freshwater King Salmon to customers in New Zealand and around the world.ÌýOur product is extraordinary and rare:Ìýwe are the only company that exports Freshwater King Salmon.ÌýOur team of over 200 are spread across the South Island at our farms in Twizel, our processing plant in Timaru, ourÌýsmokehouseÌýin Christchurch and our corporate office in Queenstown.ÌýÌý

• Physical fitnessÌý(lifting upÌýto 25 kgs is aÌýpart of the job)
