Job scope.
ÌýThis is an exciting opportunity to join Oyster as an Investor Support Coordinator.
We are seeking a proactive, organised and detail-focused Investor Support Coordinator to provide high-quality administrative and operational support to Oyster’s Investor team. This role is central to ensuring investor onboarding, AML/CDD follow-up, applications, payments, transactions, records, inbox management and reporting processes are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with agreed service standards.
You’ll be a key point of contact for routine investor administration enquiries and a trusted support to the Investor Relations & Operations Manager, Investment Manager and wider team. You’ll help keep investor processes moving smoothly by maintaining accurate records, following up outstanding information, coordinating with internal teams and external providers, and escalating complex or sensitive matters where required.
Your key responsibilities will include supporting investor onboarding and applications, coordinating AML/CDD and payment processes, preparing transaction documentation, maintaining CRM and registry records, assisting with investor communications, meetings and events, and supporting continuous improvement across systems, workflows and administration processes.

- Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning CRM, registry, document-management and workflow systems

- Committed to maintaining confidentiality, accuracy and high service standards

A background in administration, operations or client service is important, ideally within financial services, funds management, property, legal, accounting or another regulated professional-services environment. Experience with investor onboarding, AML/CDD, payments, settlements, registry administration or investment documentation would be a real advantage.
