Mōtetūnga| Role Overview
As Change Manager, you will support the successful delivery of organisational change across Pegasus Health’s transformation portfolio.
Working closely with the Transformation & Change Lead, you will help leaders and teams prepare for, adopt and sustain new ways of working. You’ll coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness activities and implementation support to ensure change initiatives are successfully embedded.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting change planning, readiness and adoption activities across a range of initiatives
- Delivering stakeholder engagement and communication activities
- Identifying and monitoring change risks, barriers and adoption challenges
- Supporting leaders and teams through organisational, process and digital change
- Preparing documentation, reports, plans and implementation artefacts
- Contributing to continuous improvement and the ongoing development of Pegasus’ change management capability
This is a full-time Christchurch-based position with flexible working arrangements available.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience supporting organisational change, business improvement, project delivery or transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong planning, facilitation and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a changing environment
- A practical, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
Ideally, you will also have:
- Experience supporting digital, system or process change initiatives
- Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR
- Experience within healthcare, public sector or complex organisational environments
