Mōtetūnga| Role Overview
Youwillbe the person who helps keep the communications team organised and runningefficiently.
Yourwork will include:
Coordinating day-to-day communicationsactivities
- Preparing, formatting and proofreading documents, including basic graphics support
- Updating mailing lists,templatesand image libraries
- Scheduling approved content across communication channels
- Managing files and communication records
- Assistingwith newsletters, staffupdatesand other routine communications
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
This is a varied role where no two days are the same.You’llwork closely with experienced communications professionals, providing the practical support that helps the team deliver high-quality work.

You’reorganised, reliable and enjoy helping others.
You’llbring:
- An interest in building a career in communications
- Previousadministration or office support experience
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written English and proofreading skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A positive, friendly approach and a willingness to learn
- Great customer service and communication skills
Experience with Canva, website content management systems or email marketing platforms would be helpful butisn’tessential,we can teach you those skills.
