We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to become our go-to expert for reporting, data insights, automation, and business systems. This is an opportunity to work across a diverse group of accounting and advisory businesses, helping drive better decisions through quality data, scalable systems, and practical technology solutions.Ìý

About the roleÌý
Ìý
Reporting to the Operations Support Manager, you’ll work closely with leaders, technology partners, and member firms across the Group to improve reporting, automate processes, optimise systems, and support technology adoption.Ìý
Ìý
No two days will be the same. One day you might be building dashboards and analysing data trends, the next you’ll be improving workflows, configuring business systems, supporting a system rollout, or working with stakeholders to solve complex operational challenges.Ìý
Ìý
Key areas of responsibility include:Ìý
- Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and business insightsÌý
- Extracting, validating, and analysing data from multiple sourcesÌý
- Supporting data quality, integrity, and governance standardsÌý
- Building and maintaining business process automationsÌý
- Administering and optimising systems including FYI, CRM platforms, Microsoft 365, AI and workflow toolsÌý
- Supporting system implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiativesÌý
- Acting as a key FYI/CRM specialist across the GroupÌý
- Training and enabling users to get maximum value from business systemsÌý
- Partnering with internal stakeholders, firms, and technology vendors to deliver great outcomesÌý

You’ll likely bring:Ìý
- Experience in business intelligence, reporting, systems administration, or business operationsÌý
- Strong Power BI skillsÌý
- Experience working with multiple business systems and data sourcesÌý
- Knowledge of automation and workflow toolsÌý
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilityÌý
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersÌý
- A proactive, self-starting approach and a passion for continuous improvementÌý
Ìý
Experience with FYI, CRM platforms, practice management systems, or professional services environments would be highly regarded.Ìý
