Ready Industries is seeking an experienced and hands-on National Manager – SiteCam to lead our SiteCam division nationally.
This role is responsible for overseeing the operational, technical, and commercial performance of the SiteCam business across Australia. You will lead installation, support, and sales coordination functions while driving continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth.
The successful candidate will be a strong people leader who understands both field operations and technology-based service delivery. You will work closely with interstate branches, leadership teams, and customers to ensure SiteCam operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and consistently.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the national SiteCam team, including BDM, Support, and Installation staff
- Develop and execute strategies focused on growth, operational improvement, and customer experience
- Align SiteCam operations with broader company objectives and reporting standards
- Work closely with GMs and State Managers to ensure service consistency nationally
Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day SiteCam installations, maintenance, and technical support
- Develop and maintain installation, troubleshooting, and operational procedures
- Manage stock levels, logistics, and interstate deployment of equipment
- Ensure compliance with OH&S, electrical safety, and company operational standards
Customer & Commercial Focus
- Partner with the BDM to support sales growth and customer retention
- Ensure customer issues and support requests are resolved efficiently
- Gather customer and branch feedback to improve service delivery and operational processes
Technical Oversight
- Oversee hardware performance, system upgrades, and software integrations
- Support ongoing technical development and training for SiteCam staff
- Ensure accurate documentation of configurations, support records, and job information
Interstate Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact for interstate SiteCam operations
- Provide training, coaching, and remote support to branch teams
- Monitor branch performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong leadership experience within technical, operational, or field service environments
- Understanding of camera systems, IT hardware, or network configurations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience developing processes, systems, or growing business operations
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance service and cost outcomes
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving ability
