We are a boutique accounting and tax advisory firm specialising in high net wealth individuals and complex group structures, with a strong client base across medical and dental professionals, property investors, and SMSFs.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure to complex work, direct client interaction, and a genuine long-term career pathway for the right person.

About the Role

You will manage a diverse portfolio of sophisticated clients and work closely with Partners on compliance and advisory matters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, SMSFS and complex group structurs
  • Working with clients in the medical, dental, and property sectors
  • Assisting with tax planning, structuring, and advisory engagements
  • Direct communication with clients, banks, and external advisers
  • Identifying tax issues and opportunities within client structures

About You

This role will suit an experienced Senior Accountant seeking new challenges or responsibilities.

You will ideally have:

  • Strong technical skills in tax compliance
  • Experience with trusts, companies, and SMSFs
  • Confidence dealing directly with clients
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • CA or CPA qualification (or currently undertaking)
  • Experience with high net wealth, medical, or property clients is highly regarded but not essential.

Why Join Us?

  • Exposure to complex, high-value client work
  • Direct access to Partners and involvement in advisory matters
  • Supportive boutique environment with a focus on quality, not volume
  • Great tech stack
  • Ongoing technical and professional development – including in-office CPD monthly with quality external trainers
  • Flexible working arrangements and work-life balance
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Career Pathway

We are committed to developing our people long term. For the right candidate, this role offers a clear pathway into Manager level, with increasing client responsibility, leadership opportunities, and the potential to progress further as the firm continues to grow.
