We are looking for an experienced Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to join our ProcurementÌýTeam on a 15-month fixed-term contractÌýat our Carrara HQ.ÌýYou willÌýbe responsible forÌýcoordinating inventory records,ÌýmonitoringÌýdemand,ÌýmaintainingÌýETAs, and supporting supplier and internal stakeholder communication to ensure smooth stock movement across the business. You will alsoÌýassistÌýwith reporting, system processes, and continuous improvement initiatives within the department.Ìý

What You Will Be Doing:Ìý
- AnalysingÌýdemand trends and historical data to create purchase orders, regional stock transfers, and replenishment plans that avoid both shortages and overstock.Ìý
- Maintaining target stock levels acrossÌýmultiple countries, accounting for region-specific holding targets and lead-time variability.Ìý
- Liaising with our China-based merchandising and warehouse teams to align supplier production schedules with regional demand.Ìý
- ProcessingÌýproformaÌýinvoices and calculating landed unit costs across multiple systems and currencies.Ìý
- Supporting monthly stock adjustments and finance month-end inventory reporting.Ìý
- Recording and reconciling deliveries and shipments toÌýmaintainÌýaccurateÌýinventory records across WMS and accounting systems.Ìý
- Maintaining and updating ETAs based on supplier confirmations, freight movements, and consolidation schedules.Ìý
- Supporting ABI’s new product launch pipeline by tracking progress, coordinating sample-to-shelf milestones, and keeping cross-departmental stakeholders informed.Ìý
- Acting as the procurement-side touchpoint forÌýnew SKUÌýreadiness,ÌýinitialÌýpurchase orders, proforma processing, ETA visibility, and first-receipt reconciliation.Ìý
- Working closely with warehouse personnel, customer experience, finance, and the broader supply chain team to alignÌýlogisticsÌýactivity with wider business goals.Ìý
- Communicating proactively when stock or timing risks could affect downstream teams,Ìýparticularly customer-facing ETAÌýaccuracyÌýand finance reporting deadlines.Ìý
- Supporting the rollout and ongoing evolution of company-wide software systems,Ìýincluding the multi-region rollout of Microsoft Business Central,Ìýand the data flows between them.Ìý
- IdentifyingÌýfriction in existing processes and contributing to better ways of working.Ìý
- AssistingÌýwith training new team members and contributing to ad hoc projects and initiatives as the team evolves.Ìý
