  • AssistÌýin driving sales performance byÌýidentifyingÌýand converting opportunities across various channels, including in-person, phone, email, chat, and online platforms.Ìý
  • Provide a high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive end to endÌýcustomer experience through expert advice and product knowledge.Ìý
  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers, taking the time to understand theirÌýneedsÌýand confidentlyÌýassistingÌýor guiding them to deliver a smooth, professional experience.Ìý
  • Work to grow and maximise sales, leads and opportunities.Ìý
  • Build andÌýmaintainÌýtrusted relationships with key consumer accounts and customerÌýÌý
  • Conduct sales and design consultations to deliver a consistent and seamless ABI sales and design experience.Ìý
  • Provide proactive and professional collaboration with all customers,ÌýteamsÌýand departments.Ìý
  • AssistÌýother team members and stakeholders with salesÌýenquiries.Ìý
  • UndertakeÌýad hocÌýtasks and projects as appointed by management.ÌýÌý
  • Manage special projects and administrative tasks.Ìý
  • AvailabilityÌýto work to maximise the ABI experience over 7 days, in various locationsÌý whereÌýrequired.Ìý

  • Strong experience in customer facing and sales environments.Ìý
  • Excellent customer service, sales skills, and strategic problem-solving abilities.Ìý
  • Ability to provide expert advice and exceptional service to all customers via phone, email, and in person.Ìý
  • Proven ability to manage administrative tasks and customer follow-ups accurately.Ìý
  • Experience usingÌýCRMÌýplatforms, inventory management systems, and scheduling tools.Ìý
