Main Duties:Ìý

  • Support Senior Lending Advisers on the provision of creditÌýassistance, always ensuring alignment to the client’s best interest
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements, including ASIC regulations, NCCP, and Best Interest Duty
  • AssistsÌýSenior Lending Advisers inÌýoptimalÌýclient outcomes throughout the customer journey (lead to post settlement)
  • Requesting and verifying supporting documents,Ìýgathering information, preparing loan submissions, andÌýassistingÌýwith policy complianceÌý
  • Preparation and packaging ofÌýloan applications, including gathering information, verifying documentation, andÌýsubmittingÌýapplications
  • Guides customers through the loan application process, answers inquiries, and provides information about lending products
  • Ensuring reasonable steps are takenÌýin the process of verificationÌýof a client’s financial position and supporting documentation
  • AssistsÌýwith credit analysis and financial analysis of loan applications
  • Ensures all loan applications adhere to company policy and regulatory requirementsÌý
  • Attending client meetings asÌýrequired
  • Liaising with stakeholders including conveyancers, valuers, settlement agents, and lenders
  • Verifying applications: Reviewing application details, documents, and comments toÌýdetermineÌýapproval requirements and ensure high quality of submission; ordering / verifying and chasing necessary documentation
  • Maintaining the integrity of CRM databases, filing systems and customer data
  • Resolving errors at point of detection to ensure efficient customer file progression Ìý
  • Demonstrating strong knowledge of current lender policies, products, and procedures
  • Collaboration with the team and the greater Altus business

  • Strong administration & Office 365 skills
