International Commercial Cleaning company is in search of a hands-on Project Cleaning Supervisor to join our Perth team. The emphasis of this role is to ensure client satisfaction – ultimately ensuring long-term client retention.

Ìý

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for

Ìý

• ·Client service management
• ·Managing complaints
• ·Cleaning team training & management
• ·Conducting Risk Assessments
• In conjunction with Contract Manager and Area Manager allocate manpower
• ·Inspecting completed work & ensuring rectification of non conforming work is carried out promptly
• ·Previous experience in the cleaning industry at a supervisory level is required.

To be successful in this position, you MUST;

Ìý

• ·Be fluent in both written & spoken English and have EXCELLENT communication skills
• ·Be an Australian permanent resident/citizen or have the right to work in Australia indefinitely
• Recent experience in stripping and sealing, carpet cleaning, tile and grout, window cleaning and all aspects of commercial cleaning is mandatory for this role.
• ·Be pro-active in trouble shooting and providing workable solutions – if you see a job that isn’t up to AMC standard you must know how to fix it
• ·Be able to think and act quickly & use your common sense
• ·Take pride in your work and have outstanding personal hygiene & presentation
• ·Be comfortable with technology
• ·Be skilled in all aspects of commercial cleaning
• ·Be flexible with working hours – there will be night work involved
• ·Be highly organised, self motivated and a have a structured and systematic work ethic
