About the role:
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll work closely with clients as part of a project team, reporting to a Managing Principal, Associate Partner, or Partner.
You will:
- Develop a deep understanding of client strategy and operational challenges
- Conduct research and analysis to identify improvement opportunities
- Design practical, tailored solutions
- Support implementation to deliver lasting impact
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to senior stakeholders
You’ll build and apply core consulting skills including problem solving, analysis, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Flexible work arrangements, including part-time and hybrid options, are available. Some interstate travel may be required.
About you:

Ideally, candidates will demonstrate:
- 2+ years of work experience (consulting advantageous but not required)
- Tertiary qualification
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills

- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine desire to learn and share knowledge
- Strong organisational skills and discipline
