Summary:

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining guest rooms in a hotel or resort, ensuring guest satisfaction. This includes cleaning bathrooms, changing linens, dusting and vacuuming, replenishing amenities, and ensuring rooms are tidy and inviting. The role may also involve assisting with laundry services, delivering room service items, or helping in other areas of the hotel.

This role is based at the stunning Watsons Bay Hotel.

Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms, including bathrooms, changing linens, dusting and vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
• Ensure rooms are tidy and inviting for guests
• Assist with laundry services and deliver room service items as needed
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and time management skills
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and kneeling for extended periods

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
• Physically fit and able to perform required tasks
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is a plus
