About the RoleÌý

Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager,Ìýyou’llÌýbe responsible forÌýbuilding, deploying, and optimising CRM campaigns that connect with prospective and current students at every stage of their journey.Ìý

Ìý

Key ResponsibilitiesÌý

• Build, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns in Salesforce Marketing CloudÌýÌý
• Execute both planned and ad hoc CRM communications aligned to the Communications PlannerÌýÌý
• Manage and optimise automated journeys and campaignsÌýÌý
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performanceÌýÌý
• Support audience segmentation, data extensions, and list managementÌýÌý
• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribes) andÌýprovideÌýactionable insightsÌýÌý
• Maintain templates, assets, and campaign setup within Salesforce Marketing CloudÌýÌý
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Academic, and Events teamsÌýÌý
• MaintainÌýaccurateÌýcampaign documentation and reporting dashboardsÌý

About You:Ìý

To be successful in this role, you will bring:Ìý

• A relevantÌýBachelor’sÌýDegreeÌý
• 3+ years’ experience in CRM or email marketing rolesÌýÌý
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketing CloudÌýÌý
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesÌýÌý
• Confident working with data, segmentation, and campaign reportingÌýÌý
• Strong communicationÌýand stakeholder management skillsÌýÌý
• Experience in the education sector (desirable)Ìý
