About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals who thrive in fast‑paced and dynamic environments.
As a Rental Service Agent (RSA), you will be the first point of contact for customers across our Western Plains region. You’ll play a key role in providing end‑to‑end rental solutions and making each customer’s experience seamless and stress‑free.
Key Responsibilities
- Engaging with customers in person and over the phone to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
- Providing clear and detailed information on rental agreements, insurance options, guidelines and procedures
- Using multiple computer systems, handling cash, balancing daily takings, and completing general administrative tasks
- Conducting vehicle quality assurance checks, reporting issues or damages, and completing basic vehicle detailing
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily targets and branch goals
- Maintaining high levels of operational compliance with company and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For
You bring a positive, “c‑d” attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service. You have demonstrated experience supporting or leading customer service teams and can resolve customer enquiries quickly, accurately, and professionally. You also confidently offer products and services that enhance the customer experience.
You’re also:
- A proactive problem solver with excellent attention to detail
- Tech‑savvy and able to navigate multiple computer systems with ease
- Able to work rotating shifts between 8:30am – 8:30pm Monday to Friday, and 8:30am – 4:00pm on weekends
- Willing to travel occasionally to assist nearby branches
- A holder of a clean driver’s licence (MR licence desirable)
