About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and resilient Claims Officer to join our team. This is a key client-facing role where you’ll manage claims end-to-end, acting as a trusted advocate for our clients and ensuring the best possible outcomes.

You’ll work closely with brokers, insurers, clients, and service providers, playing a crucial role in delivering a smooth, professional and supportive claims experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end claims process across general insurance portfolios (predominantly commercial SME clients)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the claims lifecycle
  • Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, assessors, and other stakeholders to drive timely claim resolution
  • Provide clear advice, updates, and support to clients, advocating for their best interests
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date claims records, file notes, and documentation
  • Monitor claim progress and provide updates to brokers and clients
  • Identify trends or recurring issues to support risk mitigation and improved client outcomes
  • Ensure claims are handled in line with legislative, compliance, and internal requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience managing general insurance claims (broker or insurer side)
  • Strong understanding of claims processes and insurance products
  • Tier 2 qualification (or willingness to obtain) highly regarded
  • Experience with insurance broking systems desirable
