About the Role
Southern Ocean Lodge is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team and deliver exceptional dining experiences in one of Australia’s most celebrated luxury lodge settings.
From relaxed breakfasts to refined evening dining, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest moments through attentive, personalised service and a passion for food and wine.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional food and beverage service across restaurant and bar
- Creating a warm, engaging and professional guest experience
- Supporting service across all dining periods
- Assisting with wine service and guest recommendations
