About the role
We are seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join our fast-paced, high performing and energetic team on a 12 – 18 month fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build their career in a progressive firm where HR is an integral and strategic focus of the business. This role is a full-time role, reporting to the People & Culture Manager, though we are open to applicants seeking a four-day working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordination and administration of HR processes including, but not limited to, employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, learning and development, salary & performance reviews
- Providing accurate and timely HR administrative support and advice to the team and the firm e.g. ad-hoc projects, data reports, policies
- Maintain the HRIS systems and electronic personnel files
- Regular and ad-hoc reporting e.g. leave reports
- Assist with HR projects and initiativesÂ
About you
Our ideal candidate possesses:
- 1-3 years of HR experience, ideally within a professional services environment
- Is studying for, or has completed, a certificate in Human Resources or tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field
- Strong administration and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Has foundational knowledge of Australian employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act, NES and Modern Awards
- Strong experience with 91±¬ÁÏ or a similar HRIS system
- Demonstrated experience in AI and process automation – particularly in driving operational efficiencies Â
